SWC FITNESS owner Sanjay is a qualified fitness, wellness and strength training coach and he is able to provide the perfect diet for your fitness goals. This is his hobby. Now he wants to share his experiences and expertise with any and everyone from ages 30 and up who wants to get fit and get healthy on facebook and instagram. If you are a busy working person who just doesn’t have the time to attend a gym SWC FITNESS is just the solution for you.

Sanjay will soon be starting online fitness classes, courses, chat sessions to help you to get healthy.

Liquid Flame Design was tasked with creating the logo for SWC FITNESS. We had to create the logo in a matter of 48 hours or less! We did. Sanjay gave us his input and creative ideas, our creative team strategised and developed a sketch and that sketch evolved into the final product you see on this page.
