01 / The starting point
Export Pallets Factory had no corporate website. The Saudi Arabian manufacturer needed a professional way to present its products and capabilities to buyers at home and internationally.
The brief went beyond putting company details online. It needed to explain pallet types, custom manufacturing, export services and certifications, then help interested buyers share the information needed for a useful conversation.
There were gaps in the available content and visual material, too. LFD helped fill those gaps, rather than leaving the client to coordinate separate suppliers.
02 / One connected scope
An English-language first website presenting the company, product portfolio, custom manufacturing, export services and certification information.
Ishar led the creative direction. The team wrote content around the products and business, and created images and videos where none were available to supply.
Custom forms collect product requirements, dimensions, quantities, specifications and delivery destination, helping the client understand what a buyer needs before following up.
A coordinated company profile for print and download, giving the team a professional document to share with prospective customers beyond the website.
Basic SEO was included in the website package. The eight-week scope covered the agreed website, content, visuals and company profile.
03 / Making the information useful
The product portfolio gives prospective customers a place to explore the available pallet types and custom manufacturing capabilities. Export and certification information sit alongside the product story, helping buyers assess whether the business fits their requirements.
The enquiry journey moves beyond a general contact message. Buyers can provide dimensions, quantities, specifications and destination details, so the first conversation can start with their actual requirements.
04 / Beyond the browser
The company profile brought the business and product offering into a format the team could share directly with potential customers. Designed for both print and download, it supported the website with a professional document for further conversations.

05 / In the client’s words
Working with Ishar and the team at Liquid Flame Design was a great experience from start to finish. Everything was delivered on time, with timely, practical guidance and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the details right.
Ishar led the creative direction, bringing our products and business together in a website we love. The team wrote the content around our products and created images and videos wherever we had none to supply, helping us present Export Pallets clearly and professionally. Basic SEO was also included in the package.
Ishar and the team also designed our company profile for both print and download, giving us a professional document to share with potential customers.
We appreciated having one team handle the website, copy, visuals and company profile. Ishar’s personal involvement, supported by a responsive team, made the whole process straightforward. We’re very pleased with the results and would happily recommend Liquid Flame Design to businesses looking for a reliable creative partner.
06 / The result
In eight weeks, Export Pallets Factory moved from having no website to an English-language corporate site with a product portfolio, custom enquiry forms, supporting content and visuals, and a company profile for print and download.
The client’s feedback highlights what mattered during delivery: timely guidance, personal creative direction and a responsive team that handled the work together.
For businesses planning a project across borders, this is the kind of partnership we aim to provide: one team that understands the brief and helps carry the details through.
