Project Scope
Project deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions, and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payments
Quoted projects and retainers may require advance payments, milestone payments, or recurring monthly payments based on the agreed scope.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely approvals, accurate information, required access, content ownership rights, and feedback needed to complete work.
Intellectual Property
Final approved deliverables are transferred according to the agreed proposal after full payment. Pre-existing tools, templates, methods, and source materials may remain the property of their original owners.
